About

I am a Darwin based, female GP with a passion for working with people to optimise health through a holistic approach incorporating lifestyle changes, medications, supplements and other non-drug interventions. I have worked in medicine for over 10 years, am a fellow of RACGP, have trained with the Australian College of Nutrition and Environmental Medicine and the Australian Association of Lifestyle Medicine. Prior to becoming a doctor I worked as a psychologist, and now continue to have a focus on promoting mental health.

I have worked for RFDS running remote women’s health clinics across the NT, conducted forensic medicals in NSW and NT, and continue to study and attend conferences to keep up with exciting new developments in health. My focus is on getting to know my patients (and often their family), and working together to achieve health goals and prevent health problems where possible. Often this involves working as a team with other health providers and liaising with physiotherapists, dieticians, psychologists or other professionals involved in your care. I enjoy seeing health benefits flourish over time.
